    DAILY GRATITUDE

    Gratitude can change your life because it makes you appreciate what you have rather than what you don't have. Gratitude can change your life because it is the single most powerful source of inspiration that any person can tap into, if they simply just stop and paid attention to the miracle of life.

    GUIDED IMAGERY

    You can learn how to heal yourself using guided imagery audio! Perhaps the best and quickest way to understand what deep relaxation is, is to take a few moments and experience a short meditation using guided imagery. Listen to a sample of a recorded guided imagery experience in a quiet place.

    BREATH WORK

    A practice in which you learn how the conscious control of breathing is meant to influence your mental, emotional and/or physical state. You will learn how to control your breathing and manage your stress.

    Creative visualization is the art of using your imagination and affirmation to produce positive change in your life. You will receive done for you affirmations to get you started and you will also learn how to create your own affirmations.

    CHAKRA BALANCING AND SELF CARE

    Chakra balancing is based on a Indian belief in a series of seven chakras, or energy centers. These energy centers are believed to be located at specific points between the base of the spine and the top of the skull. You will learn a number of self care techniques and how to balance your Chakra's.

    HOW TO RELAX WHEN LIFE IS OUT OF CONTROL

    Stress is a constant companion, and most of us, through lots of practice, have become experts at elevating our stress levels. The ability to relax is an acquired skill too. Luckily, you can teach yourself to handle stress in a manner that minimizes it. Discover how you can relax your body and mind.

    AROMATHERAPY AND SOUND

    Aromatherapy uses essential oils and other aromatic plant compounds which are aimed at improving a person's health or mood. Learn how Sound is incorporated to provide centering and tranquility. The true therapeutic value of aromatherapy lies in the fact that the essential oils work on two levels.
